Would appreciate some ideas on when and how to dig up my bulbs and store for the winter.
Daffodil bulbs must remain in the ground for winter. It is actually the cold weather which starts the growing cycle
I agree. Round here they grow them commercially and are in year round unless being dug up for sale. We even have to put some bulbs species into the fridge crisper to get them to flower properly in some areas. After a few years you may want to separate a clump then just re plant.
