    Hello,

I have a Red Horse Chestnut Tree, Aesculus carnea 'Brioti". What method would be used to propagate this tree? Does this tree produce nuts or conkers or no?

It was rather expensive so I couldn't afford to buy 2 of them......
    Thanks!

To get a clone it would be grafted. If you get fully developed conkers you could certainly plant those and get seedlings, but these will vary in characteristics.

Further to Ron B's grafting advice to obtain the identical named variety Chestnut tree, the grafts should be either a bark graft, or budded with an INVERTED T-budding. Regular grafting of Chestnut trees and normal T-budding do not usually work well. - Millet
