Propagation: how to propagate little dracena shoots

    These are at the end of a long dracena stalk. Can I/how should I cut them off to propagate new plants? Thanks.

    Looks like Yucca guatemalensis (syn. Y. elephantipes), Spineless Yucca. You might try to produce new plants by air-layering the shoots: Propagating Plants by Air Layering.
