Hello I have two Canas plants one very pretty leopard color (stunning yellow red that lived well in one pond this summer) flowered twice. And the bigger one that I paid 49$ that's like dark peach orange carmen shades that stood in another small pond (both ponds south east and west facing )
    How can I overwinter them?
They are in their respective pots .
We have only one south facing window already super crowded with the usual safe keeping of other plants.
We have two basement east facing window that get not much light but we use additional LED to supplement.
We also have an unheated 96sq feet greenhouse where I have a big 45sq feet elevated planter box facing south sun half the day (tree shade the other half) with one foot deep soil where I sink my fuchsia pots and other fragile flowering perennials. It's usual over zero unless we have a terribly cold winter snaps like last year. All our fuchsia froze.
Just would like to know will the cannas make it with normal watering? Do I cut down all the leaves?
Thank you for you usual help dear gardening specialist we are in North Burnaby Vancouver.
