There doesn't seem to be any way to delete your message after it's in here. You can't delete it by just editing.
    Any ideas?

You have to mail an admin to delete a particular thread. Often threads have replies, and if that's the case, it'd be a pretty rare instance for me to delete a thread - I don't like removing the work/contributions of others.

What about moving a bit what you don't want.

If there are no replies just remove the text and put a *smile* in the box. Try to leave a small message why its gone.

If someone has replied to a message you've written, and then you change that message, it messes things up a bit for anyone reading the thread.

The power to edit should be used judiciously.

    Hi Daniel,

Iwas working on the theory no one answered:

But at least I won't look for the delete button now that I know there is none, just more care is needed before pushing the button.

Are you referring to just a message, like replying, or did you mean to delete an entire topic that you started?

I was trying to reply to someone's question and submitted the message, only to realize that I was completely wrong. I just wanted to delete my reply, not a thread.
