I got only 2 flowers from my Oleander and nothing more. This is its blooming season and the leaves are flourishing so I can't understand why it's not flowering.

The Jasmine bloomed only once more since I bought it but it only last 2 days, is this normal? It's still growing leaves.

I only get a couple short hours of direct sunlight in my place, could this be the reason?

I had both plants indoors but I put them on the balcony a couple of days ago.

Oleander likes lots of sun. Jasmine, which I assume is Murraya paniculata from your previous post, does well in partial shade so that is not likely the problem there. Perhaps too heavy on the nitrogen? They don't need too much.

I noticed for the first time Oleander's leaves started to brown/yellow so I brought it back inside.

I see some new buds for the Jasmine though...should I prune back the buds that have already bloomed?

Yes I would remove any spent blooms. I don't think that is crucial for this plant, but it generally helps plants save energy and of course they look better.
