   I have citrus seeds I got from oranges, tangerines, etc. They've been in folded up napkins in a drawer for months and are very dry.
   
   1. Can they still grow if I planted them ?
   2. How long do such seeds stay viable ?
   3. What's the best way to take care of them ?
