Houseplant Identification

    I adopted these two plants (same type) from the clinic I work at. The reason why they were about to be thrown out was we had all been trying for months to keep these plants healthy, but they always keep losing leaves. They have been at the clinic for 5 years and no one knows what they are or really how to take care of them.

    The leaves feel thick and waxy, and when broken the plant excretes a small amount of milky liquid.

    Hoya polyneura. (Carnosa doesn't have paired leaves.)

    EDIT: Yes it does. But this is still H. polyneura, I think.
