    you have plectranthus australis, or swedish ivy.

    I'm not sure if it is Swedish Ivy. I have taken a closer picture to better identify. Thanks to anyone with ideas.

    It's not Swedish ivy (Plectranthus), it's Pilea nummulariifolia.

    ah. that's it. I googled it and a common name is creeping charlie and that rings a bell. Thank you!
