Do you know what this plant is?

I got this plant for my wedding, but it didn't come with a tag, so I don't know what it is. I am considering repotting it, but want to know if I can split it into two pots instead of just upgrading to a larger pot. I am also interested to know how I would propogate it (if not by splitting). So I'd like to know what it is.

Thanks (in advance) for the help!

I have this plant. You can divide it when you repot it. You can also propagate it by tip cutting; put in a heatable bed but it's difficult to do (however I never tried this). Also, this plant brings red poisonous berries (mine only every few years), so watch out for it in case you have pets.
