I just bought this plant today at the city's Botanical Garden's. I asked the worker there but they were unable to give me details about what this plant is. She was able to tell me that the majority of new plants were succulents. the plants leaves are rather leathery and soft to the touch but there are no visible hairs. The stem color is a mix between green and purple (so almost brown). It is planted in a tiny pot and it is very clumped together. Its hard for me to see the base but I assume that there is very little main stem. the leaves are a dark green (lining the veins) and the rest of the leaf (the parts that are not part of the vein) are a lighter green. the underside is a pale green with maroon. There are also, what looks like mini laves along the stems. They are a light purple/maroon. If you would like more pictures or info on the plant please tell me. This could be a super common plant that every one knows except me. Thanks for the help!

Thanks to both of you but it turns out that it is the pellionia pulchra. Now I can easily find how to care for it. Thanks again!
