Hi, my wife has had this plant for a number of years now, and she doesn't know what it is. As you can see from photo, it grows very long stems, perhaps where it's native it's an aerial plant and it appears to have small bulbs throughout, we're guessing that's how it gets moisture. Also, if anyone knows how to propagate this plant, it will be greatly appreciated. Thanks
Looks like String of Hearts, Ceropegia linearis subsp. woodii You can propagate by taking cuttings, in water or even lay them on moist soil.
