    Good Morning!!

I have a horse chestnut tree planted on my property. Have had it for the last 5 years and was growing very well....unitl this year. The tree seems to be dying. Half of the tree seems to be OK where the other half, the leafs came out but did not bloom.
The tree is planted by the side of the road. Could it be the salt from the road that did this to the tree and if so, what can I do if anything.

    Awaiting your comments.
    Therese
