I have had this plant for several years, but have never known what it is or how best to care for it. If anyone can identify it for me, I would be extremely thrilled. I have attached a couple pictures of the plant. It grows by sending out a long shoot out of the top of the plant which can be seen in the top of the second picture. That shoot then branches out. When it becomes too heavy, it falls over and continues to branch out. It doesn't seem to have any true leaves and has never flowered. It is difficult to see in the pictures, but it also has small hair-like extensions growing out of the branches that look like roots.

Any info or instructions on how to care for this plant would be awesome.

Looks like a species of Rhipsalis, possibly R. cereuscula, Mistletoe Cactus.
