For almost three years now i have been trying to grow this poor little honey suckle vine and every time i get new growth the new growth is attacked by tiny red critters who spin some sort of web and the leaves quickly turn yellow and die. I've cut it back, left it outside for a year and tried washing it to get rid of the bugs but as soon as i think i've gotten rid of them they show up and decimate the poor plant. I should just toss the poor plant he seems doomed but i was hoping someone might know what to do!

Tiny + red + webs = spider mites.
