    Hello!

Here are two images of my Holly tree:

For the last few years, starting from the bottom and slowly moving upwards the tree has been dying. The leaves will eventaully fall off and the berries turn black. I tried figuring out online what this is but it seems there could be several causes. Does anyone here know what this is, and if there might be some way to treat it? The tree is about forty years old but if something doesn't start happening soon there won't be much tree left, it'll have to be cut down.
