we have a holiday apartment in Paris which has a nice south facing balcony. It is cold in the winter but quite hot in the summer. We visit about 8 times a year and stay for usually 4- 6 weeks in the summer I would love to have some suitable pants growing but not sure if there are any plants which will surivive the weather conditions in addition to infrequent maintenance. Am I trying to achieve the impossible?
