I am looking for suggestions on Hibiscus that are hardy to the Pacific Northwest (Seattle, WA). I am in Zone 8 and can provide good light shelter from cold and good drainage. I am looking for plants that would produce raspberry, mauve, rose, or plum flowers.

Hibiscus syriacus is the most hardy of the shrubby types planted here. Easily found at outlets, many kinds.

Hibiscus syriacus (Rose of Sharon) is cold-hardy to at least Z5, and many cultivars have the bloom colours you're looking for.

The cultivars 'Marina', 'Lavender Chiffon', 'Blue Bird', and 'Minerva' are in your desired colour range, but you should look into it, because there are literally thousands of different cultivars, some with double blooms.

Hibiscus moscheutos aka hardy hibiscus would also be a good one.
