Ledebouria socialis 'Violacea'. Its the purple leafed form of the species. Typical L. socialis has green leaves. Its been IDed several times in this and other forums.
It's a pretty plant and a carefree plant as well. Give it plenty of direct sun and let the soil dry out between waterings.
