Can anyone help ID this street tree. NJ, USA - zone 7A. I'm trying to ID all of them in my neighborhood but a few have me stumped. Thanks for the help.

The tips of the ridges on the leaves have tiny hairs on them. There aren't that many of these in my neighborhood so maybe they're not typically used as street trees.
