    Hi,
I transplanted about 20 oleanders this past spring. They were planted next to our new house and we have a small child (they were also in the shade and didn't bloom just looked really scruffy). I've got them in the open sun which I understand they love. The problem is they all except one look dead. There is some pale green to some of the stalks on them, however none except one grew leaves so far. I know that sometimes it takes a season to get transplanted flowers to blossom, but shouldn't they at least get leaves? Is there anything I could do to check to see if they are truly dead - I cut them way back so that they could establish. Or should I just leave them until next year to see what happens? We live in South Carolina on the line of zone 7 and 8. Thanks!
