I am not sure what these insects are but I am noticing them on some of my indoor plants, specifically my mother of thousands, jalapeno pepper plants, and my lemon tree.

I was removing them manually with some soap and water but I kept seeing them and the only other thing I had was Volck oil spray which I only used on the pepper plant and I am not noticing them anymore but that could be because there are not leaves on the plants at the time.

Does anyone know what these insects are and how i can get rid of them? These are my favorite plants that they are on and I don't want them to die.

    Thanks

    Look like thrips.

You can google info on controlling them, thankfully I have no experience :-)

Thrips can be controlled easily with insecticidal soaps. I used to have a horrible thrip problem on my grapes, and this was the only thing that actually kept them under control.
