I have a shub I haven't been able to identify. I was told it was an "Alfy". I am unable to identify it by that name. I don't have a picture of it, but it is about 6 ft. tall and blooms purple (violet) flowers in the summer that sort of look like carmations, but not quiet as full as a carnation.

    Thanks.

Hollyhock. 'Alfy' is a mistake for Althaea
