help with several shrubs to ID

    I live in Seattle and recently took some photos of several shrubs I liked while in University village. I'm sorry not to have more photos but hopefully someone with great plank knowledge can help me! thank you in advance!

    Plant 1: deciduous, lighter green, branches almost pinkish (1st 3 images)

    Plant 2: a lonicera? (4th image)

    Plant 3: I have no idea what this one is , chartreusy like leaves, looks like an evergreen

    The dogwood is one of the orange stemmed forms of Cornus sanguinea that have become commercially prevalent. The last one may be P. tobira 'Wheeler's Dwarf'.
