Help with plant ID

    I would like some help identifying this plant growing at the Torrey Pines State Reserve in southern California. I have tried looking at several wildflower identification sites and cannot find it. Thank you.

    THANK YOU! I've been trying to figure out what those danged flowers are for ages, and I never would have though to look for European species.... They're really common down here in gardens and planted verges.
