Howdie folks. This is my first post and I hope someone with a lot more plant experience will be able to assist in ID'ing this plant. A friend from Manitoba just finished a visit to the Oliver, B.C. area and she snapped this picture. After she got home she realized she didn't have a clue what it is. It's not a very good shot but with any luck it will show enough of the flower and leaves to make a proper ID. Thanks for your help...........
