I've had this one about 3 years. It's been growing very fast, so I tried cutting off the top with about 2 leaves on it and putting it back in the soil. It promptly died. I waited for it to grow some more new leaves and cut it again. This time I trimmed off some bark dipped it in rooting powder and put it back in the soil, it died again. How do I grow the cuttings? Another question, lately it's been getting brown spots, the photo is below, how do I fix this? Thanks for the help.
