Hi everyone! I'm trying to turn my black thumb into a green one and I think I'm in the right place for that :). Anyhow, I purchased this plant over a year ago and was terrible to it! I would water it constantly but not all the time. That's all I did to it but decided to finally give it some TLC.

I had no clue what this plant was but after looking at photos I think it's a Monstera Deliciosa right? Some leaves have started to split :)

What can I do to make it look and grow better? It's fallen to the sides since I gave it no support. Is it doomed? I would like to transplant it to a better pot too but not sure if I should go bigger. I'm surprised this plant is still alive!

Any help will be greatly appreciated!

Looks like you are taking good care of it to me. These tend to be scramblers until they find a vertical surface to climb.
