Help with Mushroom ID

    Hello,
    Today, I went in the forest to look for mushrooms. I can across several that look like this: however, I need help to identify it.

    Can someone please provide me with assistance.
    It was found today (2-oct-2011) in the North east of Spain (Girona region).
