Hi, I have a nice Ap Red Dragon in a 24" box, and just today, I've noticed something troublesome with some of the leaves. I've been watering quite regularly (it's been 90+ degrees here for about a week), but today a few of the leaves are crisping, and have what looks to be whitish and reddish spots on them. Most of these leaves are on the side of the tree which gets the most sun, but some are on the opposite side. Not many of the leaves within the outer canopy have this problem, so I'm wondering if this is some kind of sun scorch? I would not say the whitish spots are "powdery", as it does not rub off.

Can anyone help me? This is my 3rd summer with the plant, and it's the first time I've had this problem...

Sounds like wind burn, or it could be sun scorch, or a combination of the two.

OK, thanks folks. Will do right away. Glad to know it's not something more sinister.
