This is a new lawn that was sodded in July 2009. This year I have some spots in my lawn I am not sure what to do with. They are brown courses blades of grass that seem to grow faster than the rest of the grass, and are only in one area of the lawn? Please see attached pictures any advice would be greatly appreciated. Nice photos. Maybe spray patch of weed grass with glyphosate, plant turf grass seed to re-fill resulting hole.
