Help with Japanese Snowball

    Bayfield, Colorado, USA
    I live in Colorado, in the mountains about 8,000 feet. My Japanese Snowball is growing beautifully, but does not flower. It flowered when we first planted it 3 years ago, but has not flowered since. Can anyone offer an advice as to why it will not flower.
