I am hoping someone can help with the identity of this plant. A friend has it and isn't sure what it is. She said it blooms Oct - Feb for her. The blooms are very fragrant. She has it in a sunroom because we live in the colorado foothills. can someone help?

Thanks ahead for any info you have.

Looks like a Camellia sp. Possibly Camellia sasanqua.
