Hi All, Sorry to bother, am absolutely new here. I came across this tree (picture is attached) while running some errands, and was truly fascinated by the flowers and how beautiful they were. I attempted to knock on the door of the owners and ask them what the name of the tree was but to no avail. Could anyone give me a hand in identifying it? Don't know much about it except for the pictures attached, any help would be appreciated, thank you. I've reduced the size of the pictures to fit the requirements presented.
