1. Orchids, something from Dendrobium most likely, and even more likely a hybrid. 2. From this angle, my best guess is Calochortus or something very closely related. You don't happen to have a side-on photo of the flowers, do you? From above, some Irises also look like this, and flower structure is the main clue for determining this. I don't know #3.
I'd agree with Saltcedar on Ipheion. Looks like an Ipheion uniflorum (or Tristagma uniflorum as it's called nowadays).
Of course, Ipheion/Tristagma from Amaryllidaceae which have six stamens, unlike Sisyrinchium from Iridaceae which have only three.
