Going agree with both but say the front row looks like Yucca guatemalensis 'Variegata' and the back row Cordyline australis.
I think they are both cordylines. Used a lot here for dry garden plantings. I doubt they would have a yucca right on the edge. Too dangerous. Liz
I'm not too good with id'ing plants, but they look a lot like yucca's to me, similar to the ones I saw at a local nursery here.
Thanks All! The Yucca (as on attached photo) has yellowish stripes on leaves. Indeed leaves are very spiky.
Could be a variegated form of Y. aloifolia or Yucca gloriosa 'Variegata' which both have sharp spine tips.
