Help with ID & cultivation

    i think it could belong to the Bromeliad family but not sure.Its growing in sydney at a mates house and i was hoping to get some advise on how to take a clipping or how do i cultivte it.what kind of soil ph.ect any help be greatfull. thanks

    Has the look of a Bromeliads. Sure is a lovely thing. Usually you can pull one of the leaf clusters out and put it into new orchid mix soil, I have one with a red throat and I just stick it in the leaf mulch along one of my paths and they grow.

    thanks Liz.ill also go along and have a look in october at the Bromeliads festival cant find this one i have anywhere that's why I'm wondering it may be something Else.
