It is Philodendron bipinnatifidum, an aroid from Brazil.

These species require relatively bright light, evenly moist porous soil that will not remain soggy and room to grow. Although they are commonly called "Tree Philodendron" since they are a member of a Philodendron section that is capable of producing a stem that looks like a tree, it is truly a climber. In the rain forest of Brazil it can easily grow up a tree to a height of 30 meters plus (100 feet).

If you go to this link and scroll down to the section on potting Philodendron species you will find information on how to pot and grow them. If you choose to read the rest of the article you will learn how they grow in nature.
