Hello I'm in the process of buying a home with many trees (fruit) that I can't ID; first pic is file 4866 is blooming right now, no fruit yet, adout 15' to 18' tall. The second file 4871 has no flowers yet, or dropped them already with no fruit visibly set, about 10' to 12' tall. The third has berries, about 15' to 18' tall and is doing great. Thank you for any help.

I have no idea about the first two, but the third one looks like a Red Mulberry.

On the first tree, the flowers remind me of Persimmons, but I've never seen red ones.

#2 might be Diospyros kaki (not definite)

#3 is White Mulberry Morus alba (not Red; note the glossy leaves, Red Mulberry has matt leaves).

Yes, it would be surprising if the second was not Diospyros kaki. The first is D. lotus.

    Thanks
I think you are correct the first looks like D. lotus but the flowers have a red tinge on the tips from all images I've seen the flowers are pale white not red but the could be a variant. the second though doesn't look like a D. Kaki I have one that is in fruit right now.
It's leaf shape is a little different.
    I truly appreciate the feedback.
