Help to ID plants

    I need some help to ID plants. The first two are perennials; the third is a sort of grass growing on the lawn and the last one looks as a weed.

    Anybody?

    #3 looks like Rosemary, but the pic isn't clear enough to be 100% sure.

    #3 resembles Moss phlox to me but as stated the picture not that clear.

    Here is one more picture of the third plant: Now it has a flower! This may help to ID.

    So it (#3) is moss phlox, Phlox subulata.

    Yep, agree Phlox subulata, not Rosemary!
