I'm searching Marah Horridus, but I can't find a website that sells the seeds. Someone can help me? I can exchange seeds native of my zone, that is Liguria, in Italy, with the seeds of this Marah, or if you prefer I can pay them, if the price is fair!
Please help me, answer to this post, I can't find this plant in any other way!

Have you tried the nurseries listed in the California Native Plant Link Exchange? http://www.cnplx.info/nplx/nplx?page=sourceList.
I would be very careful of introducing this plant to Italy unless you are sure it won't be invasive. I've seen places in Washington state where it was really covering a large area, over shrubs and way up into trees.

Now I'll search this list, thank you for your help!
I read that Marah is a plant that grows in a zone usda 8a, here I live in a zone 7a, probably I'll have to help it survive the winter, I don't think it can become invasive in a unfavorable climate as mine is. But if you know that it can become invasive as well, let me know it.
You know when I have to plant seeds?

I found it, now i only have to wait the answer to my email for the order. Thanks for the help.
Does anyone know how to grow it from seeds? And does anyone know if it is resistant to long term low temperatures if it remains in zone 8a temperatures? Thank you!
