    Hi Everyone.

I am brand new to the community and this is my first post because I couldn't firgure this one on my own...

I planted Red Poppies about 3 weeks ago in jeffy peat pots. To experiment, I tried using different mediums (sand mixes, peat moss mixes, with/without vermiculite, etc.) and so far nothing! Today though I noticed the first one sprouting. I imagined that the sprouted seedling would be green like in every photo that I see, but this is dark purple, as shown in the attachments.. Does anyone know what causes this, or can it just be the strain's properties?

    Thanks for any answers/opinions/
