    could be a diffenbachia. i'm not quite sure though.

    disc0, could you post some pics of the stalk/stem/trunk? and something that is a closer view of the leaves?

    Yes, Diffenbachia, similar to D. 'Sublime'. There are so many of these seedlings though that it should probably be labeled just Diffenbachia. :)

    Yup, Dieffenbachia seguine of some cultivar or other. You need to make sure it's in soil with good drainage, then water it when it's dry to the depth of your first knuckle. Dieffs with that much white on their leaves don't like full sun, but love a North window.
