Help please, two wildflowers need identifying

    These were both along a ditch. The white one was growing in the ditch in water and also along the road. The purple one was across the path from the ditch. Thanks, for your help.

    And the first is likely a species of Scutellaria, or skullcap. 10 species present in Florida, would be easier to identify to species if leaves were in photo.

    Thanks for replying. I am attaching a picture that does show the leaves. The flowers are very out of focus though.

    Scutellaria integrifolia seems the best match.
