HI, I need help identifying this wild vine we found in our backyard in Fort Myers, FL. It has green berries, which look to be turning red maybe? We have a one year old and 3 year old who play outside and I found these berries in my one year old daughter's hands. Not sure if she ate any. Are they are poisonous? Should we remove them? Please help. Thank you.

Wild grape of some sort. As they're unripe, might cause some indigestion if eaten, but not poisonous. Being unripe they probably also taste horrible, so the risk of more than one being eaten is very low.

Thank you so much! It's been 12 hours since I found them in my daughters hand and she seems fine. Thanks for replying!
