    Greetings all:

This plant was given to us by some friends visiting from Ontario. Unfortunately (for the plant at least) they had lost the little instruction thingy, and could not even remember its name. Any help and/or pointers would be appreciated. Thanks

Cyclamen persicum, florists cyclamen. Generally like cool bright light, not sun, good air circulation. Will likely go dormant, after flowering, and the leaves will die back. Keep moist, may be best watered from the bottom, but well drained. Less moist when dormant. The top of the tuber can be exposed to avoid rotting or botrytis problems. Not hardy.

Thanks, martinpribble & chimera, for taking the time to respond & your help... Our Cyclamen will now have a fighting chance to survive and I’m sure it would thank you its self if it could.
