    Hello All,
I thought this was a puya but I could use a little help with the ID.
Image #1 taken 8 months ago when the main trunk appeared
Image #2 and #3 are current. I have lots of "pups" from this plant now and it seems to like Guam...I just want to give them a proper name.
    Many Thanks,
    Tim

It's an Agave species, probably Agave desmettiana 'Variegata'. Some agaves are inclined to develop numerous plantlets on the inflorescence post-flowering, as seen in 2 of your photos -- sometimes described as "viviparous" but not true vivipary.

    Thanks Tony,
"agave desmettiana variegated" is exactly what I needed to know.
    Take Care,
