We have wasps/bees flying around this tree and not sure if they are laying eggs or what. It is quite bad there are hundreds of them. How do I get rid of them?
The wasps are likely predating on something on the tree or enjoying the honeydew exuded from the magnolia scale that is shown in the last image: Magnolia Scale Crawls | Buckeye Yard & Garden onLine
Pic #1 is a baldfaced wasp. They're quite aggressive near their nests. Be careful, but check out if you might have a nest in the tree.
