I got a Cerbera odollam AKA Suicide tree http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cerbera in Japan 2 years ago, I've been keeping it indoors and in sun and well waterd. I just moved to San Francisco a week and a half ago and put the plant by the window. At first I kept the window open, but then when I noticed the leaves were falling off, I shut it since it was very cold. But the leaves keep falling! The veins turn slightly brown then just fall off! I don't know what to do! I've tried keeping the room hot as hades, keeping a lamp on it all day, but nothing! What should I do?!

If it's too far gone you can't do anything. Otherwise, if it did get too cold but did not die kept at the right temperature now it may slowly come back.
