1. This is a tiny white little wildflower growing in my garden. Could it be Alyssum? 2. All over the desert foothills. 3. Some kind of mallow? 4. Scraggly looking daisy of some sort. (Sorry for the close-up of bugs!) 5. I love this little beauty, whatever it is!
#2 could be an aged flower from a Brown-Eyed Susan (Rudbeckia trilobia), or an Echinacea paradoxa or relative. Or I could be right out to lunch.
DYAs, so far as I'm concerned..... It's so tough to make an ID on yellow Aster-type flowers unless you know them intimately.
Sorry, I wish #2 was an aged flower, but it literally just bloomed, along with a bunch of others identical to it. It's quite pretty. I'd really like to get a positive ID. :(
